Acces to documents
Any request for documents must be addressed, in writing, to one of the persons in charge of access to documents and the protection of personal information.
According to the provisions of the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information (Loi sur l'accès aux documents des organismes publics et sur la protection des renseignements personnels), the person in charge has a delay of twenty (20) working days to provide an answer to the requestor.
You can however contact those in charge of access to documents and the protection of personal information to obtain any other information related to a request for access to municipal documents.
Fees will be required for the transcription and reproduction of a document held by the municipality.
