Ne pas déranger is set in a low class motel in the middle of nowhere. Gérard, the owner of the establishment, is a questionable businessman who has only one idea in his head, to make money any scan he can. The shenanigans are only temporary because, according to him, his luck will change soon. It seems that the extension of Highway 28 will soon be underway. And, like magic, his motel is exactly on the route of the future highway! For months, he has hoped for a visit from the ministry to close the deal and make him a fortune. Will the head of the transport ministry show up at the motel? Will Gérard move up in the world?
