A computer problem is currently preventing the proper functioning of the servers in several of our services. We are actively working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Emergency and security services are not affected.

The following services are not affected: the B-CITI online request system, the 9-1-1 call center, alerts and notifications in case of emergency measures, the online registration module Activitek as well as the drinking water distribution system.

In order to reduce the risk of spreading the coronavirus, the City of Châteauguay is closing access to the population to all its municipal buildings, with the exception of the police station, and this, until further notice.

However, all telephone and online services remain in operation. Châteauguois are therefore invited to use the online services, the B-CITI query platform and to contact citizen services by telephone at 450 698-3000.

Activities initiated by the City, including shows, courses and workshops, are also cancelled.
