Salon des artisans (Craftsmen's fair)

The Salon will be in special edition mode on this day to help you find under one roof various unique crafts and works of art and many handmade products by more than 60 artisans. Particular attention is paid to the quality, diversity and originality of the products offered.


Classical Concert - rêveries musicales

Les Promotions du Grand Châteauguay, in collaboration with the City of Châteauguay, presents Rêveries Musicales. Enter the dream with promising young musicians from the region, who will perform classical pieces on piano and violin. Presented by current and former students and teachers of the Marie Harmonie School of Music.

Châteauguay...toute une histoire! (photography competition)

Espace Gravel, adjacent to the Maison LePailleur (54, boul. Salaberry Sud) 

On the historic site of the former Maison Gravel, converted into a public space, the City of Châteauguay, in collaboration with Maison LePailleur, will unveil the winners and the winning works from the recent edition of the "Châteauguay... a whole history" photographic competition.

This competition offers amateur and professional photographers from Châteauguay the opportunity to share their vision of the city through the eyes of their cameras.


Ciné-club: Angèle en quatre temps (in FRENCH)

Jean-Pierre-Houde Room (25, boul. Maple)

This documentary dedicated to the famous Canadian violinist Angèle Dubeau gives voice to the musician and her close collaborators, revealing a singular artist who challenges the boundaries of classical music and is imbued with a great humanity.

 

Free shuttle service offered by exo

Departure from the Raymond Laberge Library at 9:30 a.m. Participants will be back next door at the Salon des artisans at 2:55 p.m. The maximum capacity of the shuttle is 96 seats. You are encouraged to obtain them before departure to ensure you have a place.  

Tickets are on sale at the Centre culturel G.-P. Vanier (15 Maple Boulevard).
